We are currently seeking an I/S Project Manager to support our operations in Omaha NE\. + This position will be responsible for end to end management of technology projects and support for the I/S Data Communications Services Team\. + Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, and delivery of team outcomes\. + Facilitate the day\-to\-day coordination of people, process, and technologies while ensuring business partner requirements are met\. + Responsible for team backlog and outcome issues and risks to include financial analysis, evaluation of progress/ quality/costs, developing action plans to address gaps throughout processes, adherence to compliance processes, and root cause problem resolution\. + Responsible for building and leading effective teams, including building strong sponsor, stakeholder, vendor, customer, and team relationships while prioritizing outcomes and managing resources\. + Responsible for managing backlog to implement or enhance a wide range of technology solutions, including development, programming, implementation, compliance, and information management\. **Essential Functions:** + Helping the Product Owners maintain the Product Backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress + Helping the team to determine the definition of done for the product, with input from key stakeholders + Promoting self\-organization within the team + Helping the team to avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team + Facilitating team events to ensure progress + Facilitation of the product backlog, sprint backlog, and iterative deliverables + Facilitation of sprint, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospectives This job posting is reflective of the Associate Project Manager essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements\.
